Oraifite History
Oraifite is a town in southeastern Nigeria, specifically in Anambra State, with a rich cultural, historical, and socio-political identity. Oraifite is in Ekwusigo Local Government Area (LGA), Anambra State, Nigeria. It lies about 12–16 kilometers from Onitsha, along the Onitsha–Owerri Road. Oraifite is near Onitsha (a major economic hub), along a key road (Onitsha‑Owerri), which gives it importance for trade, transport, and development. Oraifite borders

Oraifite is made up of four (4) major quarters:
1. Unodu (which itself includes Ibolo, Umuezopi, Isingwu)
2. Ezumeri (includes Umuonyeagolu, Umuonuora, Umuezikem, Ogbe)
3. Irefi (includes Umudisi, Nkalafa, Umueshi, Mbike, Agbu na Okeaji)
4. Ifite (Awor, Uzudunu, Umunakwa, Amakom)
OCUSA History and Background
Founded in 1997, OCUSA hasbeen a partnership between various Oraifite Town's members who lived in the United States to form OCUSA. The inaugural OCUSA convention was held in Houston Texas in 2001. Since 2001, OCUSA has strived to have biennial conventions in various regions of the organization. Below is a list of past conventions:

OCUSA has and will continue to try to work to better Oraifite and the surrounding areas where it can. OCUSA is also focused in on the local communities
